About the retreat programme : It is a 6 days intense Raja Yoga and Vedic Mantra retreat giving you one-of-a-kind experience at the pristine location on the banks of river Ganga - The Swami Dayanand Ashram. For all YA certified yoga practitioners and CEU seekers, this retreat offers 35 Continuous Education Units (CEU) on completion of the programme. A completion certificate will also be given to all participants.

This retreat will give you a unique platform to learn authentic Vedic Chants, how to read the notations as per the Vedic guide, their sonic effect on our mind, body and emotions - along with the ongoing Raja Yoga practices during the day. Mauli Bavisker, your lead trainer is a certified International Teacher of healing Vedic Chants from Krishnamcharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM), Chennai. She also holds masters degree in Hindustani Classical Music, Masters in Art, Design & Communications and a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy.  

During the retreat you would learn various aspects including anatomy and physiology of yoga, alignment principles and how bodily systems works, deep meditations along with different meditation techniques, advanced pranayama practices. Each day we would discuss and learn more on yoga philosophy, history and lifestyle practices of Yoga – Yamas and niyamas etc. 

Course fees includes all meals, accommodation in twin sharing rooms with attached bathroom, tution fee, course materials and outing program. Simple Indian vegetarian meals will be provided. It will not possible to cater to personal dietary preferences beyond the yogic-vegetarian meals.
